何静秋 教授

Professor He Jingqiu

何静秋，教授，博士，硕士研究生导师。必赢线路检测3003no1法律语言研究所所长，国家公派美国康奈尔大学语言学系访问学者，兼任中国英汉语比较研究会法律语言学专业委员会常务理事，中国仲裁法学研究会法律英语教学与测试专业委员会理事，《马克思主义与法律学刊》英文编辑。

主要研究领域为法律语言学、法律翻译和法律英语教育。主持并完成国家社会科学基金1项、其它各级课题15项，作为主研人参与完成国家级和省部级课题10项；出版专著《中国刑事法庭话语权力抵制互动研究》、译著《基于人权的监狱管理》，主编教材2部；在核心期刊和大学学报上发表学术论文20余篇。主讲《法律语言学》《法律英语》《基础法律翻译》等课程。曾多次荣获省级和校级“教育教学成果奖”“优秀本科指导教师”“优秀本科毕业论文指导教师”“优秀硕士学位论文指导教师”以及各类翻译大赛“优秀指导教师”等荣誉。

Dr. He Jingqiu is Professor, Supervisor for MTI Program Candidates, and Director of the Institute of Legal Language Research at the School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an). She is state-sponsored visiting scholar of the Department of Linguistics at Cornell University (USA), and Executive Director of the China Association of Forensic Linguistics, China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese, Council Member of the Legal English Education and Testing Committee, China Academy of Arbitration Law and an English editor for The Journal of Marxism and Law.

Professor He’s main research areas include forensic linguistics, legal translation, and legal English education. She has led and completed one National Social Science Fund Project and 15 other projects at various levels, and participated as a principal researcher in 10 national and provincial-level projects. Professor He has published a monograph A Study on the Resistant Interaction of the Power of Discourse in Chinese Criminal Court, translated one book and edited two textbooks. She has published over 20 academic papers in core journals and university journals. She teaches courses such as Forensic Linguistics, Legal English, and Basic Legal Translation. She has received numerous honors, including provincial and university-level “Teaching Achievement Award”, “Outstanding Undergraduate Tutor Award”, “Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Supervisor Award”, “Outstanding Master’s Thesis Supervisor Award”, and various translation competition “Outstanding Supervisors”.
