Professor Wang Guolong
王国龙,法学博士,法学博士后,哲学博士后,我校三级教授,博士生导师,数字法学学科带头人兼导师组组长,第五届“陕西省十大优秀中青年法学家”,“陕西省法学会首席法律咨询专家”“长安青年学者”。主要兼职有: 陕西省第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会监察和司法工作咨询专家、陕西省十四届人民代表大会常务委员会立法咨询专家、新疆师范大学政法学院客座教授等。研究领域:数字法学、社会治理法学和法律方法论等。
先后出版个人学术专著《法律统一适用与自由裁量的规范问题研究》(2022)等4部,参编《法理学》等国家级法学教材3部,在《法学》、《法律科学》和《华东政法大学学报》等共发表学术论文80余篇;其中,CSSCI来源期刊40余篇,先后有20余篇被《新华文摘》、《人大复印资料》、《高等学校文科学术文摘》、《光明日报》、《检察日报》、《人民法院报》等全文或者部分转载;先后主持国家社科基金项目(2项)、教育部人文社科基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目等共15项;先后获得中国法学会第八届“中国法学青年论坛主题征文”一等奖(2013)、第六届“乡村振兴与农业农村法治论坛”主题征文一等奖(2024)和“陕西省人文社会科学奖励”一等奖(2025)等多项科研奖励。
Dr. Wang Guolong is Third-Grade Professor at Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an), Doctoral Supervisor, and the leader of the digital law discipline and head of the supervisor group. He is the fifth “Top Ten Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Legal Scholars in Shaanxi Province”, “Chief Legal Consultant Expert of Shaanxi Law Society”, and “Chang’an Young Scholar”. Professor Wang has many social affiliations, such as the Consultant Expert on supervision and judicial work of the Standing Committee of the 14th People’s Congress of Shaanxi Province, Legislative Consultant Expert of the Standing Committee of the 14th People’s Congress of Shaanxi Province, Visiting Professor of the Xinjiang Normal University of Political Science and Law. His research areas include digital law, social governance law, and legal methodology.
Professor Wang has published four academic monographs, such as Research on Normative Issues of Uniform Application of Law and Discretion (2022), co-authored three national law textbooks, including Jurisprudence and Legal Methodology. So far, he has published more than 80 papers in such journals as Legal Science, Science of law (Journal of Northwest University of Political Science and Law), and ECUPL Journal, among which more than 40 are from CSSCI journals and over 20 articles have been reproduced in full or in part by Xinhua Digest, China Social Science Excellence, Academic Digest of Humanities in Colleges and Universities, Guangming Daily, Procuratorial Daily, and People’s Court Daily. He has presided over 15 projects, including two National Social Science Fund Projects, Humanities and Social Science Fund Projects of the Ministry of Education, and Special Fund Projects of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
Professor Wang won over a dozen of awards at various levels, encompassing the first prize of the 8th “China Youth Forum on Law Theme Essays” of the China Law Society (2013), “Special Invitation Award” for the Theme Essay on “Research on Innovation and Development of Litigation Source Governance in the New Era” (2024) and the first prize in the “Shaanxi Provincial Humanities and Social Sciences Award” (2025).
