潘俊武 教授

Professor Pan Junwu

潘俊武，法学博士，博士生导师，国际法学院副院长、教授。中国国际法学会理事，中国太平洋学会理事，西安市法学会国际经济法研会秘书长，西安欧美同学会·西安留学联谊会副会长，我校国际争端解决法律问题研究所主任。参编教材4部，发表个人英文专著1部，译著2部，英文论文4篇。在《法学教育研究》、《法律科学》等核心期刊和其他期刊上发表中文论文12篇。主持或参与陕西省社科项目《低碳经济下陕西城市垃圾处理的法律制度研究》、教育部留学启动项目《构建南海争端解决新机制》；国家海洋局项目《国际仲裁程序规则研究》和《南海各国立法、法律文件与南海岛礁主张》等重要项目十余项。

个人专著《解析国际争端解决机制及其发展前景》被中国国际法学会评为“2011年度中国国际法学会‘航天科工’国际法优秀科研成果的纪念奖”；英文专著Toward A New Framework for Peaceful Settlement of China’s Territorial and Boundary Disputes（《和平解决中国领土与边界争端新模式探索》）于2012年1月被我校评为五年来校级科研一等奖；教学改革课题《重塑中国法学教学模式的切入点-从小型研讨课做起》获2010年校教改项目一等奖；教改项目《创新双语教学模式，培养国际化法律人才》获2011年陕西省人民政府颁发的教学成果二等奖；教改项目《法学专业双语教学课程建设的探索与实践》获2015年陕西省人民政府颁发的教学成果二等奖；教改项目《口译课程教学内容与方法的改革》获2016年我校优秀教学成果一等奖。

Dr. Pan Junwu, Professor of Law and Supervisor for Ph.D. Candidates, is Vice Dean of the School of International Law at Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He is the Director of the Chinese Society of International Law, and the Pacific Society of China respectively, Secretary General of the International Economic Law Research Association of the Xi’an Law Society, Vice President of the Xi’an Western Returned Scholars Association (Xi’an Overseas-Educated Scholars Association), and the Director of the Legal Issues Institute of International Dispute Resolution of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. Professor Pan has participated in the compilation of four textbooks, published one English monograph, two translated books, and four English papers. He has published 12 Chinese papers in core and general journals such as Law Education Research, and Science of Law (Journal of Northwest University of Political Science and Law), He presided over or participated in various important research projects.

Professor Pan’s monograph Analysis of International Dispute Settlement Mechanism and Its Development Prospects was awarded outstanding scientific research achievements memorial award for “2011 China Society of International Law ‘Aerospace Science and Industry’ by the Chinese Society of International Law. The English monograph Toward A New Framework for Peaceful Settlement of China’s Territorial and Boundary Disputes was awarded the first prize in the school-level scientific research in the past five years by Northwest University of Political Science and Law in January 2012, the teaching reform project on The Entry Point for Reshaping Chinese Legal Teaching Model——Starting From Small Seminars won the first prize of the school’s teaching reform project in 2010, the teaching reform project on Innovation of Bilingual Teaching Model, and Training International Legal Talents won the second prize of teaching achievements issued by the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government in 2011, the teaching reform project on Exploration and Practice of Bilingual Teaching Course Construction in the Major of Law won the second prize of teaching achievements issued by the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government in 2015, and the teaching reform project on Reform of Teaching Content and Methods of Interpretation Courses won the first prize of Excellent Teaching Achievements of Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2016.
