Associate Professor He Xiaoli
贺小丽,我校国际法学院副教授、香港城市大学法学博士。“一带一路”营商环境研究院执行院长,“一带一路”国际研究院(香港)助理研究员,香港世界贸易组织研究中心助理研究员。主要研究领域:国际经济法、国际投资法、金融法、ADR(非诉讼纠纷解决机制)。
出版学术译著1部《斯洛伐克司法机构和法官的权力》,发表《风险控制性金融监管及对我国的启示——以我国银行理财市场为例》、《我国金融监管法立法目的条款的问题及完善》及Mediation and International Investment-A Chinese Perspective、Threat of Inconsistent award to International Investment、Human Rights and International Investment Law等学术论文7篇。
曾参与国家社科基金重大项目《“一带一路”倡议下法律供给机制研究》(2016),TA 7835-PRC: Developing a Legal System for the Credit Market of the Asian Development Bank(亚洲开发银行项目TA 7835-PRC:非银行信贷市场法律制度设计)(2012),西安市法学会研究课题《知识产权司法服务“一带一路”建设路径探索--以西安地区为例》(2019),陕西省教育厅高校人文社科专项科研计划项目“建设国际化大都市西安背景下的法律翻译应用研究”(2011)等课题。
He Xiaoli is Associate Professor of the School of International Law at Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an) and Ph.D. in International Law from City University of Hong Kong. She is Executive Director of the “Belt and Road” Business Environment Research Institute of NWUPL, Assistant Researcher of the “Belt and Road” International Research Institute (Hong Kong), and Assistant Researcher at the Hong Kong WTO Research Institute. Her main research areas include international economic law, international investment law, financial law, and ADR (alternative dispute resolution mechanism).
Professor He has published one translated book, namely, The Judiciary and the Power of Judges in Slovakia, and seven papers such as Financial Risk-based Regulation and Its Enlightenment to China—Taking China’s Banking and Wealth Management Market as an Example, Problems and Improvement of the Legislative Purpose Clauses of China’s Financial Regulatory Law, and Mediation and International Investment—A Chinese Perspective, Threat of Inconsistent Award to International Investment, and Human Rights and International Investment Law.
Professor He has participated in National Social Science Fund Major Projects on Research on the Legal Supply Mechanism under the Belt and Road Initiative (2016), TA 7835-PRC: Developing a Legal System for the Credit Market of the Asian Development Bank (2012), Xi’an Law Society Research Project on Exploration of the Path of Intellectual Property Judicial Service for the Belt and Road Initiative Construction—Taking Xi’an as an Example (2019), and Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government’s University Humanities and Social Sciences Special Research Plan Project on Research on the Application of Legal Translation in the Context of Building Xi’an into an International Metropolis (2011).
