张超汉 教授

Professor Zhang Chaohan

张超汉，吉林大学国际法学博士，上海交通大学法学博士后，现为我校涉外法治研究中心副主任、教授，博士生导师，陕西省第六届优秀中青年法学家，陕西省十四届人大常委会立法咨询专家。兼任《中国航空法评论》执行主编，中国国际私法学会常务理事、中国国际法学会理事。先后在加拿大蒙特利尔大学和英国牛津大学等国外知名学府访学。

在《现代法学》《法律科学》等国内外刊物发表中英文学术论文80余篇，出版《国际航空产品责任研究》等3部学术专著，翻译《空间法专论》《国际法的渊源》等3部英文著作。

主持国家哲学社会科学基金一般项目，教育部、司法部、中国法学会重大委托项目等20余项国家和省部级课题。获得中国教育部第八届高等学校人文社科研究优秀成果青年奖，陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖，中国国际法学优秀成果一等奖等十多项国家和省部级奖励。

Professor Zhang Chaohan is Deputy Director and Professor of the Foreign-related Rule of Law Research Center, and Supervisor for Ph.D. Program Candidates at Northwest University of Political Science and Law in China. He is recognized as one of the “Sixth Batch of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurists in Shaanxi Province”, and a legislative consulting expert of the Standing Committee of the 14th People’s Congress of Shaanxi Province. Professor Zhang also serves the Executive Editor of China Aviation Law Review, Executive Director of China Society of Private International Law and Director of China Society of International Law. He has engaged in academic research and visiting at the University of Montreal in Canada, the University of Oxford in the UK, and other institutions.

He has published more than 80 academic papers in international law either in Chinese or in English, in journals such as the Journal of East Asia and International Law, German Journal of Air and Space Law, Modern Law Science, and Legal Science. He has also published three academic monographs, including A Study on International Aviation Product Liability. Meanwhile, he translated three English works, including The Handbook of Space Law and The Sources of International Law.

Professor Zhang has presided over more than 20 national and provincial projects, including general projects of the National Social Science Fund of China, the major entrusted projects of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, and the China Law Society. He has won more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial awards, including the Youth Award of the Eighth Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences Research in Higher Education Institutions by the Ministry of Education of China, the Second Prize of Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Shaanxi Province.
