Dr. Hua Yuting

华雨婷，European University Institute (意大利欧洲大学学院)博士。我校丝路研究院讲师。研究领域：国际贸易与投资法。主讲课程：国际公法、国际商法和国际投资法。发表论文：《China’s Legal Obligations in the Field of Foreign Investment: How Trade Agreements Influence the Formation of Investment Agreements?》；《Diverse and Overlapping Tax Principles in Tax Treaty, WTO Rules and Investment Agreements: Learning and Lessons towards a Sensible tax Clause in Chinese Bilateral Investment Treaty》；《贸易战集中爆发：中国与欧美的比较研究》；《2009年中国与欧美反倾销措施案例总结与反思》；《税收措施与投资条约规制式征收条款研究》；《Interpretation of the National Provision in GATT 1994: A Case-Law Analysis of the Competitive Factor》。参与项目：“Mapping China’s Futures: A scenarios-based approach to analyzing China’s socio-political and economic dynamics over the next decade”（EUI, Florence, 2014）;“WTO Dispute Settlement System”（EUI, Florence, 2012）；“中国海外投资的法律保护体系”（西安交通大学法学院中国社科基金项目，参加者之一，2009年）；“中国海外能源投资的法律问题”(西安交通大学法学院司法部项目，参加人之一，2008年)。

Hua Yuting, Ph.D. from European University Institute (Italy), is Lecturer at the School of International Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an). Her research fields include international trade and investment law and her main courses encompass International Public Law, International Commercial Law and International Investment Law.

Dr. Hua has published the following six papers: China’s Legal Obligations in the Field of Foreign Investment: How Trade Agreements Influence the Formation of Investment Agreements?, Diverse and Overlapping Tax Principles in Tax Treaty, WTO Rules and Investment Agreements: Learning and Lessons towards a Sensible tax Clause in Chinese Bilateral Investment Treaty, Concentrated Outbreak of Trade War: A Comparative Study of China and Europe and the United States, Summary and Reflection on Anti-dumping Measures between China and Europe and the United States in 2009, Research on Tax Measures and Regulatory Collection Clauses in Investment Treaties, and Interpretation of the National Provision in GATT 1994: A Case-Law Analysis of the Competitive Factor.

Dr. Hua has participated in the following four research projects: “Mapping China’s Futures: A scenarios-based approach to analyzing China’s socio-political and economic dynamics over the next decade” (EUI, Florence, 2014), “WTO Dispute Settlement System” (EUI, Florence, 2012), “Legal Protection System for China’s Overseas Investment” (China Social Science Fund Project of Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law, one of the participants, 2009), and “Legal Issues of China’s Overseas Energy Investment” (Ministry of Justice Project of Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law, one of the participants, 2008).
